Paul and Ryan provided our students with opportunities for additional and diverse learning experiences. YOUR EDGE supported work the students were completing as part of a Business qualification which concluded with a very successful community event.
To ensure that the students would have knowledge, skills and confidence to support the event YOUR EDGE provided First Aid, Safe Guarding and Health & Safety Training. In addition the students were introduced to a wide range of Team Building and Problem solving activities that made each session fun and engaging. Sessions were adapted to suit the needs of the students and YOUR EDGE were always flexible and creative in their approach to work with quite a large group of diverse students.
